InstallShield 2015 limited edition - install aborted

InstallShield 2015 limited edition does not install because it does not detect visual studio even though you have a valid version (often visual studio 2010 Ultimate or premium).
Sample Error:
My work around:
modify the msi so that it does not check for visual studio. see download below.
