Here are the common SNMP OIDs that I monitor on my Fortigate 200B (should also work on other models). My firmware version is 4.0 MR2 Build 0291:
CPU Usage - .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.3.0
Memory Usage - .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.4.1.4.0
Sessions - .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.1.10.0
IPS Sensor (Intrusions blocked) - .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.9.2.1.1.2.1
Viruses Blocked - .1.3.6.1.4.1.12356.101.8.2.1.1.4.1
They have a nice PDF document with instructions on how to graph these items using Cacti (a Free RRD based graphing system). Just requested the PDF file.
Also, I have attached the templates I am using for these 5 cacti graphs.
