VZAccess MC7750 Mobile Broadband Driver Error

Connection Error:
A mobile broadband connection request has already been made or established. Error MBN0x80548205

Comments / Possible Solution:
The latest driver for this Verizon LTE / Sierra Wireless device now has build in support for Windows Mobile Broadband (WMBB). This allows Windows to connect without any extra software (VZAccess not needed). However, so far i've seen mixed results:

WMBB only = sometimes it connects, sometimes it says "connected", but it really isn't. No ip address on adapter.
WMBB + VZAccess = sometimes WMBB + VZaccess work just fine, but sometimes it says "connected" (WMBB), but VZaccess shows not connected. No ip address on adapter.
VZAccess only = currently testing. i'll update later with results **see notes on how to achieve this.

** To get the latest driver without WMBB, you need to change the config file before you install the driver. Uninstall if already installed, then alter config file, reinstall driver.
