Make Your KeePass password database more secure!

File > Database Settings > Security Tab
Look under key transformation.

the default value is 6000, but increasing this value (by clicking the blue link that says "1 second delay") will greatly improve your database's security against brute force attacks!

if you use this database on a mobile device, be sure to test the new value you select to make sure the delay is acceptable on your mobile device. 1 second on your PC is much longer than 1 second on your mobile device.
