Fixing Issues with Windows Installer

The following utility will allow you to remove partially installed or corrupt applications from your computer.

Other Useful Commands:

run these commands from a command prompt:

Start > Run > type "cmd"
msiexec /regserver

winmgmt /regserver

Then reboot and see if programs install like normal.
