Outlook Opens Slowly

If you use Microsoft Outlook and it opens very slowly, then you may have deleted / removed windows messenger without first disabling messenger inside of Outlook. Disable messenger to make Outlook open faster. This applies to Outlook 2000, Outlook 2002, and Outlook XP.
