Problem: Using LastPass with Grid authentication and checking the box "This computer is trusted" does not work. You are still required to use Grid Authentication for each login.
Solution: Browse to: C:\Users\(username)\AppData\LocalLow\LastPass and delete all files that end in suid (*.suid). Restart all web browsers and clear your cache.
